I’m Patricia Conteh, an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner. I help teenagers and people under 65 years of age struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, or sleep issues to be calm, enjoy their lives, and stay focused. If you have tried various medications without success or want to come off medications you have taken for years, I can help. The mind is complex, making people unique. I provide tailored treatment to patients beyond medication to promote feelings of calmness, restful sleep, more energy, and the ability to concentrate and enjoy their life. I offer a combination of evidence-based, integrative, functional, complementary, and other traditional medicine. Healing is possible.

What is Telepsychiatry?

Telepsychiatry is the process of providing mental health care from a distance using video. It provides the opportunity for real-time interactions between providers and patients. Providers use secure HIPPA-compliant video platforms to offer various mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation and treatment, medication management, therapy, etc.
